I have lived here for over 5 months now and I think thr staff are professional, the mantinace department are on point and very hard working. I have limited interaction with other tenants because people have lives, families and careers and I respect that. I live In homes and residential areas most my life but I am extremely happy living in such a clean and safe environment.

No one is ever available to answer the phone for the leasing office at any time of the day no one answered. The apartments themselves were not amazing I think I saw a roach when I went on a tour. steer clear people this place isn't the way.

This place has roaches! Every apartment complex, not one building, ALL the buildings. I viewed a few empty units and you can see roach droppings. This lets you know they are infested! The new community director Adrianna Ballesteros does not know how to treat people or tenants. Shes racist! I was sitting in the leasing lobby and she didnt know I walked in. I heard her calling one of the tenants racial names to the other woman in the office. The employees in the office look miserable no one smiles or acknowledges you exist as I wanted for someone to help me. Glad I never moved in to this dump.

Whatever you do dont move here. This is literally the worst place Ive ever rented from. Theyre way over priced and none of the so called amenities are ever properly functioning. None of the gates in the courtyards properly lock so you have random people coming in and out which poses a safety issue. The washers and dryers are always broke and often malfunction in the middle of a load. I live on a bottom unit and every time it rained water would get into the unit from the wall outside which led to mold on the walls and carpet. They replaced the carpet multiple times but never fixed the wall so every time it rained we had the same reoccurring problem. I threatened legal action and they transferred me out of a different unit but once it rained I was facing the same problem I had at my old unit. A contractor they hired to fix it came out and he told me these buildings have all kinds of design issues that shouldve been taken care of. These people just dont wanna spend the money.. to add injury to insult they wont fix anything but they for sure will raise your rent two hundred dollars whenever its time to renew the lease. Do yourself a favor and dont even think about moving here.

I came home from work one day to find a chemical danger sign on my door stating do not enter for a certain number of hours. They sent an exterminator into our home without notifying us. We had pet birds in our house that were exposed to the chemicals. I called to find out why our house was sprayed and was told the vendor went into the wrong apartment. When you opened my door for him and saw live animals, why did you allow him to enter. They had no answer. I requested copies of the SDS chemical information sheets and had to explain what they were and that legally they had to give me copies. I sent the SDS forms to our avian veterinarian and take my birds to the emergency vet in Culver City. I could have sued them, but instead I told them I would not be renewing my lease and would be leaving at the end of it. I left at the end of my lease and they tried to charge me an additional months rent. In the five years I lived there, including the time of the pandemic, I was never one day late with my rent. I never missed a month. These people are money grubbing thieves.

When I called the number they provided me below ? They had no idea what to do and they asked me to call the corporate office , and they asked the manger to call me , BTW THE MANGER IS A JOKE AND A COMPLETE IDIOT , He said theres nothing we can do
