I LOVEEEEEE PIZZA HUT. IF YOU WANT DELICIOUS PIZZA AND YOUR ORDER TO BE READY ON TIME, PLEASE VISIT THIS AMAZING LOCATION. I place my order earlier that morning, and my food was ready the moment I walked into pick it up. Thank you to the wonderful sales representative, she was extremely polite and provide a great customer service.

It's Superbowl Sunday and i specifically came in to place my order in person to avoid issues. I wait 20 min for my order, only to find out they place banana peppers instead of bell peppers! I'm waiting another 20 minutes, but it's still not ready! Pre game and Kickoff have past and I'm very upset!! Please avoid this place. I came here an hour before the Superbowl and i missed kickoff and time with family.

Wished I couldve gotten his name. I went on a Saturday night 2/24/2024 around 10pm had such a pleasant visit as a delivery driver. He also gave me a pizza bag never had someone offered me one of those. Thank you so much!!!!!

It was late 10:00 and we were craving pizza. Tried to order on the Pizza Hut website but the website was acting up. Tried to use there app but that was acting up. Ordering through DoorDash was going to be double. So I resorted to calling this location on South St. By this point its 10:10 and a girl answers asks if I would like pick up or delivery. I responded delivery. (Mind you the weather is rainy so we planned on a big tip) She proceeds to state they arent taking any orders because they are closing soon. I asked if they were closing at 11pm. She confirmed and said but were closing early because we have no dough.
Yes.
So one star all around as customer service was below standards at this location.
