If I could give it zero stars I would. They are the worst company I've ever encountered. I have had my money lost, been locked out of my account for months, been told incorrect information and fed lies. I'm in the process of trying to get out of my loan with them. I would rather go into debt than spend one more second as a customer.

I bought my new house in sept by December this company has taken over my morgage payments ,in February 2024 I lost my job , when I asked for a little time to make my payment ,i as told no they cant help me I have 16 days to make payment or it goes into
Late payment 32.95 added , I asked if there is any thing I could do there said no but I saw on the web site there was a link to get mortgage assistance as long as it was in 30 days ,anyhow I got a new job in about 2 days I started in late feb , my wages where biweekly paid on the second and fourth week so I called This company to ask if I could change my payments from the first of the month to the second week and fourth week and Pay, I was told no you cant you have till the 16th to make the payments or youll be charged $32.95 and you cant change the payments To the second or fourth week .
The lady was very unhelpful, So I made my payments biweekly on the first and paid before the 15th I see my latest statement they are asking for $32.95 for a late fee. The payment was not late. It was actually Early.
I do not trust this company at all. They seem to be what they said they are. Debt Collector not a mortgage company. and they say that when you call and you get there, AI voicemail We are a debt collector. Its frightening how in the hell they Purchased Ive got to oversee my Morgage Is completely beyond me. I will not rest till I find another mortgage company to re-mortgage with As this company absolutely frightens me to death. They seem like gangsters!

Not customer friendly, they make it difficult to make payments if you have any return payments or late. If you are one day late more then 1 time and contact them and tell them to take money out 1 day later, they will not let you. They will not accept debt card, or Bank Account transfer. They force you to go to your bank and send wire, or get cashier check from bank and mail it? Who mails payments now days? It's crazy and ridiculous. This is my 3rd house and all other companies allowed whatever payment you could do to make payment. They are making it more late, because I have to take time off work to set it all up then I have to do it for 6months before they accept bank transfer again. They should make it easier to make payments, not harder. Other companies, try to work with you and accept payments. They will not work with customers.
