I do not feel safe using their products. I had their fireplace and flue installed by the dealer they authorized and trained. They could not install my fireplace correctly and couldn't fix it after trying 4 times.
Manufacturer did nothing to assume responsibility or hold vendor I sourced through them accountable. Support is non-existent. They protect the dealer, not the consumer who uses their products in their home.

I work here, so I'm biased. We are proud of our products and service. Proud also to support local residents with jobs and sponsoring certain events. Great employer with great benefits and rewards.

I tried calling for support and their automated system is an endless morass of confusing options with no clear option to talk to someone. I did get to a real person at one point and they just transferred me back to the automated system. Cannot recommend a company who creates such a confused support system.

Terrible direct consumer support. Contacted them to support my 3 y/o Vermont Casting Encore stove because my dealer could not support my problem. They would not give me any support and told me to call the dealer who was not able to support me in the 1st place.

They may make a good "gas" fire place but, they don't seem to understand "wood burning" fireplaces. Glass doors must be ordered separately. The glass doors are not compatible with the standard wire screen. They offered no fix, solution. The rep tried to make it my fault and the age of the unit(used 3mo)
Deal with a real fireplace company.
