I received reminder appointmen cards from them that my dogs needed shots. They knew my dogs were put to sleep, one of them by by them. I called them to remind them that my dogs were put sleep. Not long thereafter I received second reminder appointment cards for my deceased dogs. That was last year. We got another dog. We figured we would try them again. Our dog had an appointment to get her shots, which she did. We got a reminder card that she needed her booster shot. We took her to get her shot, called the office to tell them we were in the parking lot. They said they would call us when we could bring her in. After a lengthy wait we called again and were told that she didn’t need a booster shot so we left. Today I received a bill in the mail for her booster shot which she never got. We are so done with that place.

I am writing to praise and thank the staff and physicians at Lakeville Animal Hospital for their kindness and compassion. My dog ate something poisonous near the end of the day and in an urgent attempt to get him treated, we drove to the nearest animal clinic which was Lakeville. Although the facility was not an urgent care facility and with it being after hours and closed, the staff leaving work saw us pull up frantic and proceeded to assess my dog in situ. He was stabilized and we were given doses of emesis antidote to tide us over and begin immediate treatment as we were ushered over to more comprehensive care at a distant urgent care clinic. I am grateful for their extra efforts and the compassion with which they tended to my pup (as well as my distraught self). The time they saved in beginning his treatment immediately may have made a difference in his survival and I will be forever grateful for their help.
