We ensure that all tools, like toenail clippers and cuticle cutters, are thoroughly cleaned with soap, immersed in barbicide, and then dried in a UV light cabinet before each use. Additionally, we use buffers, nail files, and foot scrubbers only once before disposal, and we replace the liner after every pedicure session. Our pedicure jets are also meticulously cleaned following state board regulations.There may be various factors contributing to the skin issue you've experienced, but regardless, we deeply apologize for any distress caused.
