I was there when Paul C paid up front for the spa cover and other items ordered. This guy just pockets your money and never returns your calls. Gonna have to take him to court to get your money back.

THIEF, LIER, SWINDLER, CON MAN. Nov 11 2018 gave him $580.00 to order tub cover and other parts after his first service call. He has not returned any of the 10 calls I have made to him. If you give him money for future services or parts you have been ripped off. From the one star reviews and my own experience he has no intention of being honest. He will keep the money and you will never see him again until your in court together. See you there Gary you SOB.

Fixed my hot tub on the first trip out. Thought it was going to need a whole new motor. They were able to put a $30 capacitor in there and get me going the same day. Now they're keeping my water crystal clear every week. It's nice not having to worry about my hot tub.

Used this company a handful of times over the last 10 years...they have always been responsive, reliable and friendly...i don't think twice, any spa issue...im calling these guys!
