Worst company to use for your garage door repairs.
A company without ethics or morals
Total rip off
Had my garage door springs changed
The quote they first gave me was 250.00 but when the tech was done he handed me a bill for 1250.00
I tried talking with the office manager but she was so confrontational
All she wanted to do is yell at me
Had another company come out and told me that one of the springs was the wrong kind.
i guess your suppose to have a right and a left turn spring and AMPM installed two rights and blamed it on the track being to old and wanted another 2,000 to complete the work.
Other company changed the spring and had it working in less then an hour and only charged me 75.00 to do the work.
Never again AMPM

My mistake. I should have read the reviews on this company. VERY disappointing. Our doors are used for individuals in wheelchairs and it is critical these doors operate. The girl that answers the phone is rude and very condescending, we were definitely NOT a priority.
On 5/14/21 I was told again that we were not priority and the tech would not be out until 5/17/21. Our parts were in within a week (that was 3 weeks ago) and they sent the tech to a "bigger" job so we had to wait. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB.
