We have been an YPD customer for may years. Prior to that, we used the large payroll processors. There is NO COMPARISON between the two! Working with YPD is effortless. We don't have to adapt to their process, they are flexible and can adapt to ours. Their phone and email response is immediate and everyone I communicate with understands payroll laws and regulations. Recommend them one-hundo percent!

I have worked with Your Payroll Department while I worked for two (2) different companies. I had a great experience working with Andrea at my former employer and I have the pleasure of working with Andrea again at my current place of employment. I cannot say enough about how efficient, helpful and friendly the entire staff is at Your Payroll Department. They are very responsive to any questions you have regardless of how simple a question it might be. They always return phone calls in a very timely fashion, that is if you ever have to leave a voicemail. They are also very responsive to all emails. The online payroll system works very smoothly. During the training process of learning the online payroll, the manager was very helpful in answering our questions and also very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. In fact, there was a problem on our end with logging into the online system and the manager personally came out to our office to make sure that we were able to get back up and running to complete payroll. Our company is quite small yet they never make us feel any less significant than many of their larger customers. We have had only positive experiences with Your Payroll Department and I personally would recommend them to handle all your payroll needs. You can feel very confident to your payroll will be completed in a timely fashion and will be done accurately. A great stress reliever to be able to count on the fabulous staff at YPD!!!
