Not usually a fan so negative reviews but. We need a clothing dryer fixed, an option for a quick dry just changed completely. We know this because we all in this house use it. Call warranty and these folks showed up. Tech obviously didnt know what to do so he decided to tell me that the problem I call for was never an option and its not broken. I said so your calling me a liar he said YUP threw a card at me and left. Company was supposed to call me back and never did. Dont use these people!

This company may be an amazing repair company, but they are not reliable to actually show up at your home. two appointments I was told they would be here within a 4-hour window, and both times they were no-show after 2 hours. The manager then assured me the tech would come out this friday (today), and when I called to check up on their arrival time, I was told the appointment is for NEXT Friday. Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair
