I filed my taxes here it is very hard to get help anyone or anyone on the line or an update on what is happening every year it seems like something happens this is my last year filing with them.. Very unprofessional

If I could give a ZERO I would. I had been a loyal client for the past eight years. I had my Taxes prepared by Michelle from 2010-2013 my fees were around $250, her Cousin/Owner of Minute Tax took over my account in 2014, since she was no longer going to be working for them , due to her schedule/school. My Fee increased 50.00 due to his "skills", no biggie. Moving forward Edson filied my Taxes. This past year I was suppose to receive back 7,700. I only recieved 6,700. I was ripped off. I trusted this person and they charged me 1,000 in fees without my knowledge. I noticed after everything was processed. I looked back at the past few years and every year he added a fee or/and increased his fees, just my prep fee alone this year was $530, after all the add-ons that I wasn't even aware of totalled up to 1k. He has failed to response. Location is horrible, Homeless and drunks hang out in front of the office/Plaza. Run the other way. If They are ripping off Loyal Clients they will take advantage of ANYONE. Beware if you value your dollars.
