Dr. Binning is the best doctor (of any kind) that I've been to. I moved away from FL and still prefer to wait to fly back down instead of finding a new eye doctor. Nicky is always the sweetest and super helpful - she remembers me every time I visit. They're always able to get me an appointment - Dr. Binning has even stayed after closing to make sure I'm taken care of. Seriously, very fast and friendly. Has to be the best eye doctor in the area.

Two stars for the appointment but three off for the service. He told me to try a certain kind of contact and, like any OD, said hed have to order a trial to test. He never did. I forgot about it, came in the next year, same thing happened. I called not too long ago and they said theyd look into it, but nothing. Finally went in, had to fight to get my prescription since he wasnt helping, and he wrote it up incorrectly. Im done and have already taken my business elsewhere. I dont know if theyre just disorganized or dont care or something else, but thats poor service and patient care. Ill trust my eyes with someone better.

Dr. Binning Is a fabulous doctor and was great with my kiddo. HOWEVER, the prices for self-pay is insane. I paid $185 for my four-year-old to have her eyes examined. Was there about 15 minutes tops. I unfortunately cannot afford to come
Back here for her or myself.

I've Called MR Binning On The Weekend For The Severe Pain That I Was Having On The Weekend He Didn't Hesitate To Drive Many Miles To Assist Me I'm So Grateful For Him I Want Everyone To Know That You Are In Great Hands And Could Never Go Wrong Calling Him For An Appointment. We Are Quick To Complain And Not Compliment Others

First off the woman at the front is extremely rude. Second, I went in February and ordered my glasses, I was told 3 days up to 2 weeks.. after 3 weeks I was told they were shipped and then the following week I was told they came broken and they had to reorder. Then 3 more weeks went by and I was told they had them, so I went in and they ordered the wrong frames. So again he reordered and its been over a month and I still never received them. He gave me the ones I didnt order for free.. Doesnt matter I didnt order them or want them. I had to go to a different dr. and got my glasses in less than a week. Meanwhile its been over 3 months and still nothing from this place. Even though I called over a week ago and he said he would mail them to me when he got them in in a few days. So unprofessional. I should have known from day one this would happen after the way the receptionist acted. Id avoid going here for your glasses.
