Fantastic people ignore anything negative someone put in their posts. haters are always haters They hate everything. These people are laid back and easy Going and would probably go fishing with you. They went above and beyond their responsibilities and worked Ethics because they wanted to help me. Customer service is best served by people who actually care about their customers, And they do!!!

This was actually the Penske pickup for my moving truck. The agents were well versed and everything that I needed to know and were helpful in getting me the additional equipment that I needed

I really appreciated how they would call back and answer and help me resolve a few logistic issues and they offered to go the extra mile to assist me and I can't thank them enough for following through and being there when I needed help. Great people!
