I came to this facility to get the remaining symptoms from a sexual assault treated. The urologist was only willing to see me the 1st visit, moving forward I was only seen by the NP. This office wasted my time and delayed my care by only running the same urine test and eventually only ordered imaging because I kept insisting that they are missing something. No one at this facility wanted to actually work with me to trouble shoot my symptoms and find the problem. While consistently ignoring my labs that showed blood in my urine and not really interested in finding out why I'm still in pain or bleeding I had my time wasted here while the infection to my skene glands kept being ignored and my complaints dismissed. I don't recommend this facility if you actually need help finding out what's wrong with you. They may only be suited to work with patients that have straightforward issues that fit within normal standards of care but these medical " professionals" lack the necessary critical thinking required to help patients like me. Had they listened and been willing to look into my theories I wouldn't have suffered as long I was forced to simply because they refused to acknowledge me as competent regarding my own body. The infections that kept being ignored could have left me with permanent kidney damage. It's disgusting how long I was left to suffer when they could have easily treated me.

This urology facility is behind the modern era for treatment and diagnosis. I don't trust any HCA (Health Care America) medical treatment facilities. Their corporate philosophy towards longevity for the aged and the terminally ill is scathing, inhumane.
