We shop at dillards for their quality of merchandise. The only issue we had at our last visit was the shortage of cashiers available. We got used to having a cashier in most if not all of the departements. We only found a couple available in the entire store. It's not a game changer, but for the extra costs of their products, I kinda expect the store to provide better service.

Dillard has the best clearance sales on my favorite brand of shoes and purses. Great salespeople. Great department store !

Boo. Nope. Don't support. They threatened to fire an employee recently for leaving a negative review on Google. It's called FREEDOM OF SPEECH. An employee can legally express his or her views without fear of retaliation. So no, I don't support a place that completely disrespects their employees (especially us females) and their constitutional rights.
They should be grateful that I don't exercise my rights by exposing all the disgusting/unethical business practices and shameful behavior that comes from the management at this establishment!

Nice store. Lots of nice clothes and shoes. Service was excellent.
