Bills paid in timely manner are not posted by Billing department. I don't understand what they are paid for? Bills keep coming with threatening of account going to collection. Please do not use this facility unless otherwise you have enough time to deal with these unskilled billers.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My mom had an appointment with them for an X-ray and when she got there the machine was broken. Rescheduled for an appointment 10 days later, drove all the way out there only to get a call 10 minutes before her appointment to tell her not to come as the machine is still broken!! Why would they schedule an appointment to use a machine that is still broken?! Horrible communication on their end and just bad customer service overall. My family will never go back

I called 3 times over a one-hour period and could not get through. Once I was put on hold, then disconnected. Twice I got an outgoing message to leave a message.
