Flooring America of Irvine is great. We have worked with Andy before and love his knowledge. I give him a 5 star for his part on this job and highly recommended this company. However, I give the flooring board manufacturer Quick-Step/TriWest 0 star for their customer service. Dont order any products they dont have in stock. Not only they charge you for delivery each time you place an order, they also wont give you a delivery date but an ETA which they missed twice on the last order.

I wanted to update my old worn carpets though out my home with laminate flooring to match existing floor that was in my living room. I was referred to Andy by the flooring manufacturer. He came out and measured everything for me and provided a detailed estimate. Unfortunately by the time I was ready to do the project, the matching flooring was no longer available (no fault of Flooring America). Andy set out to find flooring that matched as close as possible in both color or texture. We ended up with a luxury vinyl. I am very happy with the end results. The whole experience was very easy from start to finish. Andy was great to work with and completely recommend his services.

Andy, coupled with my realtor, was extremely helpful with selecting the appropriate and esthetically pleasing flooring media, texture / color.  His installation crew was awesome and very efficient.  Great job all around.  I highly recommend Andy and Flooring America, Irvine CA.  You won't be disappointed!

I recently had Flooring America come give me a quote to replace my carpeting with laminate flooring. They were recommended to me from the manufacturer of the Flooring. Unfortunately my flooring was discontinued. But Andy the sales rep was able to help me match my existing flooring as best we could with a luxury vinyl. We also replaced all the baseboards in the house to give s beautiful consistent feel.
I am very happy with the finished project. Everyone did an excellent and professional job.
