Hours are limited, and they are hard to reach by phone. So why the five stars? It is totally worth the effort! They figured out a simple solution to one of my vacuum cleaners problem and did not charge me for it. Another of my vacuum cleaners needed a repair, but the cost for the repair seemed very reasonable and was done in a timely fashion. I am truly grateful.

I have been patronizing this business since the very early 80s. It's rare to find a trustworthy business, so if you're here, you found one! Marc and Bernie have been taking care of all of my vacuum cleaner and sewing machine needs since then with the highest standard of work and work ethics.
