Zuni was excellent! Their team showed up with packing materials and did our entire house then help me unpack at the new place. They were helpful, careful, considerate and checked in with any questions. Not a single thing was damaged and they even moved our piano! They went above and beyond all our expectations and we would highly recommend them. Its incredible what was accomplished in one day and such a relief to know your things were handled well, put away correctly and being able to enjoy the new house without weeks of unpacking and lost items. Thank you Zuni!

It's frustrating to write this review because I just used Zuni Movers for the 5th time in 17 months. Each time spending approx $1500. This last time was my final divorce move & it cost $1500. But this time I was incorrectly charged $75 for packing materials in error & only 30 min lunch was deducted from the hours when they took 70mins lunch (I live in a gated community so can prove this). Despite a phone call (Mary said she would get back to me but didn't) & then multiple emails I was returned $100 as a "fair compromise" as opposed to the $155 that I was owed.
It's a matter of professional integrity, both for a repeat customer & because factually I was mischarged.
I hope the $55 you saved was worth it guys.
