Okay so about my dog I have a 7yr old shin-tzu, who goes to a groomer fairly regularly but I want able to get in with his normal groomer by the time I needed to I went to tlc since I have heard good things. So I drop him off and head to work so my significant other has to pick him up once he’s done, well then I get a call saying I needed to damn near DOUBLE of what I was supposed to pay, claiming my dog was excessively dirty so when I finally get home and look over Winston I notice his nails are not clipped, his ears and eyes have not been cleaned, and his cut is so patchy it looks like they have no experience in this field of work. When I reached out to complain and let them know I was upset I was brushed off, not heard or listened too, and then hit with “ I’m very busy. I’ll call you back when I have a chance” and well silence is what I’ve gotten. So spare yourself the time, energy and obviously your money. At this rate I was better off going to PetSmart. What a joke.
