The enerprise system needs help. The stores dont communicate with each other to help accomdate needs. Its already an ordeal dealing with car insurance but do we also need to get annoyed even further with inefficient procedures.

The "manager" at the rental store was extremely helpful and certainly knew his trade.

I have had a reservation since the beginning of the month to take a trip out of town for a surprise 50th birthday party for a close friend i havent seen since leaving the sandbox. I get here and was told they have no vehicles available, I even called a week ahead and was told it would be ready. They have had plenty of time to communicate with me however not one email, text or call about not being able to fill the reservation. One truck was offered which I declined because of the cost of gas. Lake City Enterprise you guys are a complete disappointment. Going forward I will not recommend you to any one. Its the principle of the matter and your staff completely and utterly are a disappointment.
