Love the variety of sandwiches they have. Service has always been great. As a retired first responder. I love the fact that Firehouse Subs support first responders through their Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation.

Well, this is an outstanding Firehouse location. This manager takes pride in what he does. He does a great job mentoring his staff. I watched and he was positive, supportive and helpful to staff teaching them, guiding them and motivating them. It showed on the speed and quality of service as well as the friendly atmosphere. Keep this guy around.

We placed an online order for pickup at a certain time. Came into store at exactly that time and even though the store was empty of customers, they had not even started our order . We had to wait and additional 20 minutes for them to make . Then, we found out the sub was made incorrectly and had mayo on it which we cannot eat. It was very very bad service and you felt like the workers did not care at all about the customer or quality of what they served you . This is the worst fire subs I have ever been too.
