I rated them a 2 because you CANNOT ever speak to anyone no matter what department you are trying to contact. Leave messages and they NEVER call you back. I have never not been able to contact my doctor or his/her office. Take my advice call for your refills a month in advance and I pick up my medication from Walmart and I still have problems getting my meds on time.

The "doctor" sent me away with a broken clavicle. No X-rays were taken. He just said "well, if you can move your arm like that there's no way it's broken." I had to go to a chiropractor to get the free X-rays. And guess what? I have a nonjoining fracture of my clavicle.This place treats the less fortunate like trash. That's what happens when you live in the Dirty Red South with a Republican as governor.
I live in Colorado now (thank God ) and let me tell you, the difference is like night and day. Let's say you have a heart problem. Here you will see one of the top cardiovascular physicians/surgeons in the nation. In Lake Charles that would NEVER have happened. At Moss you'll see a doctor and he'll send you away with one or more prescriptions. And that's it. Here in Colorado, you'll have a battery of diagnostic procedures before they even think about writing a prescription! If I could give ONE star I would.

Signed in for appointment and had very little wait .
Went for lab work.
It wasn't a bad experience and I was pleased that it didn't hurt as it did other times.

First time with my PCP, Dr. Lie. He is so kind and caring and I have been having an issue with my blood sugar running high and no other doctor I have seen could get the numbers within normal readings but the very 1st time I visit with Dr. Lie, he got my blood sugar readings within normal range. Thank you so much Dr. Lie! I really appreciate you and so happy you are my doctor. You have changed my life for the better, now I can return to work. May God continue to bless you and your talents in Jesus mighty name. Amen!

Ive been a long-time patient at Moss Clinic as my choice of primary care. The staff are top-notch professionals, kind, and caring. I give them an A+. I always tell them before I leave that I appreciate them. I must include Moss Pharmacy. They are always friendly and go out of their way to help me renew scripts. I appreciate them as well.
