I have had a nightmare trying to order a small set of 50-inch wide French exterior doors with panes in the glass in Southern California. I ordered them from Home Depot, and after 3 months, they called & said the doors I ordered were discontinued.Then, I tried other places that said they could not get them that small. Atlantis answered the phone @ All American Doors and was extremely patient and helpful finding a company that could get my doors exactly as I wanted. She kept me up to date on when they would be in and emailed me all information about the doors. I am so happy I found a business that knows how to treat their customers with respect and consideration for their wishes. A family owned business that treats the customers as family.

By far the most professional team that I've ever worked with. Dave and the rest showed up exactly when they said they would and put in the extra work to make sure that the project stayed on track and that my wife and I were happy with every detail. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! I do not even know where to begin. First of all, Greg the owner is a liar!! He will tell you your windows will be ready in 8 weeks. 8 months later we are finally finished. He refuses to cover the damages he caused with his poor installation. He will blame everything on the manufacture!!! Because of the lag time we had to install a new construction window in the kitchen and hes still charging us for it! He runs his business unethically and deceitful!! Go find anybody else for your windows besides this guy! My good friends used him right after our order and he did the same to them!!! They are still not finished!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! If you do, remember you were warned!! Service: Custom windows

This is easily the most unethical and difficult contractor I've ever worked with in my life. Their owner Greg is nothing but lies and excuses. He blames everything on the manufacturer, and does not take any responsibility for his delays, poor workmanship, or overall lack of experience, installing the products he sells. The process to install windows and sliding doors in our home was supposed to take two months. Nine months later we were still having issues with undelivered product and improperly installed windows. At this point we have written off ever having a resolution to our issues and hope reviews like this will save other people across Southern California from having to go through such a miserable experience. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Literally anywhere else will be better. You've been warned!.
