      image Lori the Branch Manager is an absolute dream. She always greets me (and my service dog Taj) with a warm welcome and a snack, which she keeps handy at her desk. Just yesterday I arrived just before closing time and she let us in and helped me with a tricky situation. The tellers at this branch are the best as well.  Feels like family.

      image The tellers are okHorrible branch manager who will not even acknowledge or greet customers The process of opening a bank account here was painful and it took them a month to credit a large check and their excuse was that check was suspicious They made me feel like I was doing something illegal
