I am so appreciative and grateful to have been able to work with the team at Liberty Financial, specifically Chelsea Brown! From the get go Chelsea was very helpful and provided transparency and careful attention to our situation. Chelsea is clearly in expert in her field and we were so fortunate to have worked with her. I was assisting my parents refinance two of their homes and Chelsea made the whole process stress free and easy, even driving to my parents home to walk them through the documents she needed. My parents at the time had also gotten an offer with a "better rate." However Chelsea took a look at the offer and noticed the lower rate with the misleading "discount points" written into the agreement. When she broke it down for us it was clear that it would not be a good fit for us and would not lower our monthly payments. Chelsea also was able to help me uncover that I was overpaying on our property taxes, which I was able to get corrected. Chelsea definitely goes above and beyond and will hold your hand through the whole process. I could not recommend anyone else for you mortgage needs. Kathy Brown and her staff at Liberty always come through with competitive loans. AND they take care of all the hassles. I highly recommend them for home loans for both owner occupied and investment homes.

Kathy and her team are absolutely the best in the business! They are professional, diligent, and responsive. We have closed several transactions with them over the years and highly recommend them! Having worked in real estate for 20 years myself, and also with other mortgage brokers in the past, I can say with certainty that you wont find a better execution anywhere!
