Sergio was excellent. Diagnosed the problem fixed it and cleaned up all within an hour!

1. Had a washing machine repaired (needed a new control board) - $500 with labor and parts + visit
2. Washer stopped working a week or two later
3. Had a technician out again to look at it again - confirmed it was the control board again (part was under 1-year warranty but would be charged for additional labor) - $100 for visit
4. Hesitated for a month before deciding I wanted to repair. Called to schedule the replacement of the control panel and was told I would need to schedule another visit for them to confirm it was the control panel (I told them the washer had been sitting unused and broken since the last visit) - $100 for vist
5. Technician tells me it is now the gear case which is the problem - $?
Moral of the story is I do not recommend this place for two reasons: They likely misdiagnosed the original issue, charged me hundreds of dollars to fix the wrong thing AND they refused to work with me in a situation where they are pretty clearly at fault. Passing all of the charges onto me and forcing extra visits to rack up the bill.
The technicians are nice but the folks behind the phones need help.
