Their internal communication is not only slow but also messy, forcing me to go through endless extra phone calls to get things right.
Some treatments, like root canal treatment and extraction, requires "authorization", otherwise nothing can be covered. It takes forever for them to authorize, yet the specialist aren't available for many days each month.

They are scam artists and kept debiting my card. I never signed up for auto pay but they require you. They dont have anyone you can email and they dont pick up their phone. The time I called to cancel they said they remove me from auto pay but they did not and they keep on charging me. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company because I did not authorize this charge. They do all these things they can steal money from consumers. I recommend filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the attorney general because they are running a scam.

Seems like a racket. You pay premiums, it takes months to see a dentist in my experience. Then this company denies treatments the doctor recommends. It's been useless insurance; only thing covered was exam. Can't even get a cleaning, paid out of pocket for deep cleaning. Worse, I canceled in writing and they keep charging my credit card automatically! Yes, America is about #16 in the world in health care and millions do not have dental care. Even when YOU PAY for this insurance it doesn't mean you'll get dental care. Time for national healthcare including dental like Germany and other modern countries, and they pay less than 1/2 that we do in US. In the US, it's about insurance company and corporate profits not people.

Do not get there insurance, I was charged for my plan starting Jan 2023 I paid the first month and NOT ON AUTO PAY. I was to get a bill after that since I do not do autopay. I called and talked to customer service that was rude. I then asked for a sup and I explain to her that I did not allow this to be on autopay. She got rude with me and started to over talk me. I said do you have proof that I agreed to the terms with my signiture and she got even more rude. I told her my plan was less than 15 per month, so why was I charged 31.98 she tells me it was for March payment also. I said that does not seem fair so I like to have that return, Her reply was no. So I logged into Covered ca and canceled their plan. I will never have them for dental insurance. sup just was very rude. DO NOT GET THERE PLANS. THERE ARE OTHER ONES OUT THERE FOR THE SAME PLAN RATE THAT TREAT YOU RIGHT AND NOT STEAL YOUR MONEY.
