Every time I get an order there's always something wrong with it. Can't eat gravy and biscuit with your bare hands. Do they not train these people

This is probably the worst McDonalds Ive ever experienced in my entire life. Not only did I have to wait 30 minutes for my order to be taken in the lobby but they couldnt even get my order right. Burgers are always slopped to the side. They always forget sauces and drinks. When I went to get my order corrected, they wouldnt even come up to me after I stood at the counter for 10 minutes. I had three workers walk past me before anyone even came up. It shows that the workers arent even properly trained. Ive tried giving this McDonalds a chance again and again. It sucks absurdly. Some of the workers are also very rude and disrespectful. Even had one roll their eyes at me. Ridiculous. Service is always slow every time I come here to eat. If you want to wait the approximate time that I did and waste your money down the drain for sloppy food, look no further than the Lafayette Mcdonalds. It is an embarrassment and a disgrace to this McDonalds. I also dont know how on gods green earth corporate hasnt straightened things up at this place. Shame on all of them. Not even a 1 star should be acceptable for this god-forsaken place. Unfathomable.

The manager at the Lebanon McDonald's is quite rude and borders on insulting. He knows nothing about customer service. He also allows same from his co-workers. We received the wrong receipt, and you cannot get a wrong order corrected without a receipt. When we tried to get our issue resolved,his advice to us was to go somewhere else.

I am so tired of giving tjem the benefit of doubt .Today is the last straw . In one week they have mess up every time i been .from paying at register kioks to wait 30 minutes for coffee that they forgot about til no syup for pancakes or silverware .i done .
