I ordered 2 shirts from here and brought mine on a hanger as an example/guide of what exactly I wanted. The letters on the shirt were much smaller than the ones I asked for and the color of the shirt was completely off. When I told them it was not what I asked for, they did not give me a response. I had to call back the next day for them to tell me there was nothing they could do for me and if I wanted to fix it, that I had to pay for a brand new shirt full price. Definitely will not be going back. Too overpriced, use Bayou Greeks instead!!!!!!!

I stopped in to ask about a neighboring shop that was going out of business. The owner and her employee went out of their way to assist me. They called the landlord, owner of the shopping center and got in touch with the owner of the boutique that was closing that I needed some help from.They were very friendly and helpful and I enjoyed my interaction with them and was able to get my issue with the other store nicely resolved as the owner came out to meet me and help.I did buy something from initials. Their merchandise was very attractive cute baby quilts and the store was very nicely designed.

Just received THE CUTEST earrings from Initials and got compliments the entire day I wore them! The rose gold druzy tassel earrings might be the cutest ones in my collection! The owner, Laura, is the nicest and so willing to help and find you the perfect gift! I've already recommend this place to all of my friends that asked!
