VERY DISAPPOINTED!
Based on the most recent reviews I read before booking the room, we were expecting to walk into a nice modern CLEAN ROOM!. Not even close! We had 2 quveen beds and both bed comforters had stains on them, that very very visible!
The bathroom still had makeup sponges
left on the floor under the sink, (iam guessing from the previous person, maybe). The lady that checked us in was very nice but I never seen her again after checking, due to her sift ending. Breakfast was decent, but nothing to get excited over. Overall we survived but at the same time we won't be returning!

I stayed on a Sunday for one day. The first room I went to I noticed the walls and head board were filthy. Erin had great customer service and immediately fixed our problem by having house keeping clean the areas or move rooms. We decided to move rooms HOWEVER, the room we moved to had pubic hairs in the shower. So clearly the room wasnt cleaned well before our arrival and there was more grime on the walls. The rooms themselves are nice and update however the lack of cleaniness was unacceptable and for that I will not be back.

I booked a reservation elsewhere through Expedia. Upon arrival, the hotel did not have my reservation and did not have any availability so we were scrounging for another hotel at 10pm that could accommodate a family of 6. We saw that Comfort Suites Oil Center had 1 room with 2 queen beds plus a sofa sleeper for a great price so I hurried and scooped it up online about 2 minutes prior to turning into the parking lot. Upon arrival, the guy at the front desk greeted me with a warm, friendly welcome. I realized I left my ID at the other hotel. He assured me everything would be fine and hed get us settled in and he did just that! He was the calm after the storm and I needed that at that moment.
Our check in process was the quickest and most pleasant Id ever experienced. We were checked in and had room keys in hand within about two minutes.
The hotel was clean. Our room was clean and very spacious. The pull out sofa sleeper was a huge plus. Our kids were able to have their own space. Getting sheets for the sofa sleeper, extra towels, and washcloths was a breeze. Breakfast was great with a variety of breakfast items. Would definitely stay here again!
