Dr. Starr is a fantastic doctor-surgeon and a beautiful, caring person. I was referred to her by a co-worker and I couldn't be happier with my experience. She recently performed cataract surgery on my my right and I can't believe the difference it has made. I can now see better than I ever could with my glasses. It honestly feels like a miracle. I was a little (o.k., very) nervous about the whole procedure, but it all went so smoothly I am actually excited about having my other eye done next month. She was so patient with me and my many questions. She took the time to explain the different lens options available, and I am so impressed with the results. I also want to thank her staff - they're all so friendly and helpful - especially Christina. I must've called her a dozen times with my questions and she was always so cheerful and polite. I've had a few wonderful doctors in my life, but I have to say Dr. Starr is my favorite. I am so grateful to have found her and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone searching for a thoroughly exceptional ophthalmologist.

Dr. Starr has been my doctor for over a year. She treats me for my dry eye condition. Dr. Starr has always been professional, caring and takes the time to answer all my questions. She thoroughly explained my dry eye condition and gave me several treatment options. Also Dr. Starr has a professional and friendly office staff.

She is one of the sweetest doctors I know. She is very attentive and remembers my conditions from the last time. Very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail so I dont end up taking useless advice from the internet. Its always been a pleasant visit.

I love that Dr. Starr is very attentive and caring. It's rare to find a doctor that invests in her patient's well-being, but I really feel like Dr. Starr is looking out for me.

Dr. Tara Starr has been my specialist for glaucoma for over 15 years. The day I walked into her office, after being referred to her by my optometrist, for having high pressure in both eyes (glaucoma), she spent over three hours (after hours), to get my pressure from 38 in both eyes, to 17 in one eye and 19 in the other. I felt like this was done with EXTREME medical care. She has been my eye specialist since. Her bed side manner is enrapturing She saved my vision...you can go blind when eye pressure reaching 40. She is caring, efficient, professional, and overall communicates on a one on one level. You don't need an interpreter to understand her educated findings, and your layman understanding. I see many professionals for other health conditions. By far she has the best interpersonal skills. My vision is the last thing I want to lose. And she has save me mind and eyes. Also, Dr. Starr did cataract surgery on both eyes, and again she saved my vision. Also, I am not easily empress or pleased. But, with Dr. Starr I put my eyes in her hands 100 percent. Lastly, I would recommend her for your eye care concerns, she is well worth her weight in gold.
