I hope this review serves as a heads-up for future customers to be aware of the document handling process at this UPS store location. Today, I had a document scanned and was surprised to find that my file was saved on a flash drive without being given an option to decline this step.
The process involves saving scanned documents to a flash drive before emailing them, which raised privacy and security concerns for me. On a positive note, the staff member was very understanding and allowed me to watch as my file was deleted from the flash drive. However, I couldn't help but notice that the drive contained what appeared to be hundreds of files from various customers. While the service was friendly and efficient, the potential risk of such sensitive information being lost or stolen is worrisome.

I always have such an easy transaction when coming to this store. The manager Kristen is fantastic, always gets the job gone and never makes you feel rushed even if the store is busy. She takes the time to make sure I get what I need and because of her I drive out of my way to come to this location. I know Ill receive the best customer service if I come to her.
