Since the Learning Tree Academy has taken over the YMCA, my childrens behaviors have shown how happy they have been with the transition! They really did make an amazing difference for this daycare!

Our child went here when he was a baby, we had a good experience at that moment however our nightmare began when he was moved to the toddler class.
Almost everyday our child would have an injury. Our child would come home with deep bite marks. The caregivers would tell us it's "normal" for the kids in their center to be bitten. Our child would come home with deep bite marks on his arms and chest. The worst bite mark was close to his eyes.
We talked to the director and had no resolution. No apology and we were lectured that "deep bite marks" are totally normal in their facility and we should just accept these injuries day after day.
We still have trauma from this day with what happened to our child.

Do NOT leave your kids here. Your baby will NOT be held. Your toddlers will NOT be supervised. They will NOT call you if your child gets sick. They will NOT report injuries. You ask them how your child got hurt, & they have no idea. Every time. It's absolutely terrible. I pray to GOD they get new daycare workers when they make the switch to The Learning Tree.

The learning tree daycare TOOK OVER THE YMCA and it's a Joke.
I have witnessed harassment! TOO Other parents, by being accused of being drunk wile picking there child up.
I was harassed because I didn't have the paper work filed out correctly in to an Image and not a PDF, I'm not good with computers i did my best to have the paper work on time. waited until a holiday and on a wed. to tell me to get it in or my child will be terminated.
MY CHILD AND I HAVE WAITED OUTSIDE IN THE COLD LONGER THEN 8 MIN. FOR DROP OFF IN THE MORNING, I HAD TO PUT MY CHILD BACK IN THE CAR SET TO WAIT. WILE SOMEONE WAS AT THE FRONT DESK, So I COULD BE LET IN BY SOMEONE ELSE THAT WAS IN THE BACK.

Oh and the YMCA took a weeks worth of child care from me and has not given it to the new daycare.
I have tried to resolve this payment issue for 3 weeks now and I'm still being Charged 165 extra.
They expect speedy delivery and can't even return the same.
Good luck to who ever trys this place out. I truly hope you have better luck.
