I have had a lot of dental work done the last 2 years and Dr. Cozzi is so patient with me and her staff is wonderful.

I think Dr. Nancy Cozzi is a wonderful dentist. Her and her staff provide the best customer care. I know my teeth aren't their greatest. After every exam or cleaning she always goes over what I could do to improve my oral hygiene. I feel great knowing my teeth get the best care in the Chicagoland area.

Not pleased. A major hassle to get medical record sent to another dentist. Refused to send the medical record until insurance claim went through. Then refused to send medical record unless payment was made in full (which is illegal in some states).  Received the payment in full and did not send the medical record to the other dentist in a timely manner. In addition, I was told I needed a major procedure that was very costly. Got a second opinion from another dentist and was told I needed a minor procedure that was inexpensive.

I've never been to a dentist I like as much as Dr. Cozzi.  Nothing has ever hurt!  She's a bit full of herself, but she should be.  She's really great!
