Within the clinic are 31 exam rooms, two procedure rooms, an on-site laboratory, and primary care. The Regional Medical Clinic also hosts additional specialty providers through our vast telemedicine program. The clinic is part of Grande Ronde Hospital and Clinics, a state and nationally recognized and award winning 501(c)3 not-for-profit health system established in 1907

image My hope is that my review saves someone the frustration, time and money waste going to this place. They could not be less helpful if they tried. I waited several weeks before posting this review because I didnt want to post out of anger. So, I am not angry, I am completely disgusted with this place and the people that work here. Dont go here

image This place is horrible. Seriously, I cant recommend them less. I would use any other place if at all possible. They arent helpful, they are condescending and incompetent. When you are sick that is the last thing you want to deal with. They actually told me to go with a different provider! Lol, it was great advice. I talked to several nurses, counter people and doctors. Its a culture of not wanting to help and its systemic. I would not let my family go here.
Update: I called the number they provided and they were not helpful in any capacity

image My family and I have had multiple negative interactions with this clinic where our needs were not met and the fill-in providers were inattentive and unhelpful. The RMC nurse manager went so far as to request proof of our travel itinerary so my spouse could get his prescription filled for the duration of our trip out of the country, and passive-aggressively accused him of lying. Another provider violated my privacy by calling around looking for my employer when I contacted them for treatment related to a workplace exposure, which they refused to treat me for. It seems like they waste a lot of time instead of actually working to help their patients. They also seem to let their biases affect the care they provide. Primary care providers are supposed to be the ones you can rely on to help manage your care, but many of the new RMC providers and nurses are failing at that. Its extremely disheartening not being listened to and losing trust in our clinic that we used to have a lot of trust in.
Dr. Susan Rice and nurse Lisa are excellent providers, and if it wasnt for them, my family and I would never return to RMC. When they are out of the office the clinic is unusable.
Edit: I reached out to the patient experience team as suggested, and they failed to respond with any meaningful steps they plan to take toward addressing these issues. I simply received another we are sorry and we will look into this message.

image A friend of mine is suffering from severe nerve pain and vertigo and needs a PCP but they can't make an appointment for her because they need to get records from an optometrist she seen once over 2 years ago. She's just stuck waiting for them to call her while she suffers. Absolutely ridiculous.
