My father has dementia and we brought him to this home to help assist him for his medical needs. Our main reasoning for placing him here was the fact they had not had any covid cases. Now after just barely a week half the staff and patients are possitive. We tried to pull him out of there for several days but the staff gave us misleading information. He tested negative on Friday but we were not able to get him out until the following Wednesday. Now he tests positive and is high risk. The lack of information provided to us and the lack of communication between the staff is terrible. I understand they are very short staffed because of the covid but they really should have had some kind of contengincy plan. These are people's lives! We will not return our father here nor recommend.

My brother has lived here for almost a year now; the staff are very kind and he enjoys the meals there. They have kept the residents safe and healthy even during the Covid-19 pandemic, for which I am very grateful.
