I made an order online in the app at 11:56pm, the store is open until 12:00, I came to pick up the order, but they told me that we were closed. no one gave me my money back

The last 5 times I've been to Krystal on Broadway I have been turned away 4 times saying it would be 20-30 minutes for a Krsytal burger and 1 time that their registers were down and they only were taking cash. On the 4th time I was asking about the new seafood sandwiches and the person's response was, "do you want me to tell you the truth or lie to you" I just drove off. This was all in the drive through. It cannot take 15, 20 or 30 minutes to make a burger! I used to work at McDonald's and the longest it took was 5 minutes. You need to look into the crew and management for Friday pm's. You go to Krystal for a burger and they don't have them???

I understand nobody wants to work anymore and its hard to get good help but why make your job harder by scraping mustard off. So glad my kid that is allergic to mustard stayed home bc they definitely would have ate one. Stuff isnt cheap anymore and spending $44.00 and it being cold and bread being hard like no there isnt a person thats going to want that.

This place has went down hill. This is the nastiest Krystals Ive ever ate at. They dont care how they fix there food , over salting, throwing it in container any old way, soggy krystals, krystals thats been sitting for a while thats hard and crispy, barely putting any frys in chilly cheese fries, soggy bread on pups. Just gross I will never go there again

There was 1 employee in the whole store! He was trying to cook, run the drive thru and wait in walk in customers. He should have never been left alone in that store alone in that location as well as a work safety hazardous!!!!. It was absurd and he was doing the best he could. To me the 2 no shows that should have been there at 5:30 pm should be fired instead they choose to lay out of work for Valentines Day! If it have been me, I would have locked the door and put closed due to no workers and went home! Pitiful. Krystal used to
