I know little to nothing about clothes, but I wanted to buy my girlfriend something nice for her birthday and came here on my moms recommendation after she had a great experience a few weeks ago. The staff were accommodating and friendly, were very patient with me, and did a great job getting a sense of my girlfriends fashion sensibilities to help me put together a couple of outfits she ended up loving. Cant recommend highly enough.

Update: the manager followed up to discuss my experience and how they plan to implement changes. Great customer service recovery

Im visiting the area, this is my first time going into the store. The clothes and items are a wonderful mixture, but the female customer service person was rude, arrogant and pretentious. She went on to tell me how the owners are Lisa and Scott and everyone knows them by their first name because thats how it is here and theyre just so wonderful blah blah blah. Definitely made to feel unwelcome. She also made it a point as I was looking for clearance items that those items are not returnable. I didnt even know that I was looking at a clearance item.
