I lived at Mountain Brook for 2years+. The current management is very friendly, I've never had any issues with neighbors, and maintenance crew always responded very promptly and efficiently to all issues I had in my apartment during this period. No crazy rent increases in this period, and that Bearden area is a great one to be at. I moved out just because I wanted a bigger place with more outdoor space. Overall, it's a great value for the money.

We love our apartment at Mountain Brook Apartments. It is spacious, comfortable, homey feeling, conveniently located, super affordable, and Sabrina in the office is awesome. The manager is too. The maintenance guys are some of the best I've encountered. We love living here.

Been in mountain brook apartments for a little over 7 years now and I can not say enough about how much I love it and will truly miss the apartments when it is time to move on! Management is great and maintenance is fast to fix issues. I truly have not had any issues since I have been here! Location is wonderful and there is a greenway across the street to make it easier to commute to so many places downtown/UT!
