I DONT Recommend these people! The women in the office is a lier, so is the man, they told me theyd get me the cheapest policy no matter what it took! He even made the comment about lying to get an accident changed from at fault! she told me I couldnt cancel my policy after only having it for eight days, that I had to wait to cancel until after the month because I paid the first month which is a lie you can cancel a policy at any time, I was told that they would help me find the cheapest policy that he was going to do whatever it took to get one of my accidents changed from at fault which was a lie. I told them I was at fault of the accident that I didnt know what the police report said I told them everything that happened, they lie to me to get me to sign up for their policy so I went from pay 415 down and 400 and something a month to it going to over 800$ a month because after he can get you to sign a policy he gets to keep 10% of the entire policy if you cancel early so they try to get you to go ahead and sign your policy even when they know theyre not gonna be able to get you the policy you agreed to from the beginning! When I called to cancel the policy she told me they couldnt cancel the policy that they do not do refunds so I called the actual insurance company and they told me about the 10% and told me I could cancel but theyd be keeping 10% of the entire policy which made it to where I would only get 110$ back of my 415! The women in the office told me she was going to have the man call me, he never did its been four days later! Im calling The BBB tomorrow they give you false information and tell you what ever it is you need to hear to get you to sign a policy with them, they arent honest nor do they answer the phone I would not recommend them they are only trying to get paid They dont care about your best interest, or what you can afford! to them your just a check and to be honest I should have went with my first instinct when I seen these people face to face just based on first appearance will tell you everything about these two people! Before you get a policy with them make sure you no your stuff cuz they will try to take advantage of you!!!
