IN MY VIEW - PLEASE NEVER USE FTD FLORISTS - THEY SUCK...they in turn send your order to some other local florist ..... neither wants to help - apologise or do anything to make the situation better.I ordered balloons and chocolates for my boyfriend for Valentines day and they screwed the order up - AND please don't expect any apologies they dont know what one is - so you will be wasting your time. They delivered 3 nasty balloons instead of 6 making the cost per balloon over $20.00 !! really..... I have photos of evidence and witnessess but they called us all liars...the owner admitted the mistake on the day claiming 3 got lost in the delivery van but a week later retracted this saying he sent 6 balloons !!!.... HMMMM????They only offer was to take the balloons back that day and re-deliver the next....ERMMMMM Valentines day a day late??? and taking the gift back??? in my world that is not acceptable and wasn't practical - here darling happy valentines day ohhh wopppps the store messed up so we are taking it back in front of all your friends and staff but dont worry they may - MAY get it right tomorrow.   Come on!!! who would do that.  I guess any crapp is better than nothing.  right???I understand it is a busy day and mistakes happen but come on - I tried to work with the shop and asked them to send a teddy - plant or the additional 3 balloons but he refused - I would have been happy if they tried to help me out or at the very least say Sorry - you know that magical word SORRY .  Come on i tried !! but the owner Don  didnt want to help or even speak to me and slammed the phone down on me. I'm still trying to get something sorted but I doubt any good outcome will come from this - so ive had to call my cc company to get the charge disputed - a shame really because i would have been happy with a practical solution .......Be careful and read the other reviews - ive seen several negative

My Girlfriend ordered me a nice large bouquet of balloons but i received only 3. The owner of the shop was not only unhelpful but totally unwilling to do anything to make the problem right.  The only solution (on valentines day) was to come take my gift away and bring the right product on the following day. He also hung up on my Girlfriend as well as on me.
