Being new to the I have only had a couple of appointments with the facility and I have been treated wonderfully by both staff and providers. Everyone treats me very well and makes sure I am fully taken care of. Thank you to everyone there

Update 2/19/24: Once again, a prescription has been sent to the wrong pharmacy, theirs, and I now having difficulty getting it filled. Both of my parents and I have used this clinic for many years and since they opened their own pharmacy, never have I seen such inability to complete the simple task of sending prescriptions to the correct pharmacy.
It is now going on a week trying to get the staff at Open Door to properly send a prescription order to the Fred Meyer Pharmacy. This has happened five times in the last year. Eight calls have been placed to Open Door, claims were made that the prescription had been sent, and Fred Meyer has still not received it. They tried to blame my mother when they first had it filled in Open Door's pharmacy, when it is listed in her file which pharmacy she uses and she confirmed each time she spoke with Open Door staff that is was Fred Meyer. We refuse to use their pharmacy, as they have been rude on multiple occasions, and flat out lied about their prices being cheaper and why they couldn't fully fill a prescription (What good is a pharmacy that can only partially fill a prescription?). It is either intentional, to manipulate for more business for their pharmacy, or sheer incompetence, neither of which are acceptable.
