After a change in owners, the place has improved a decent amount. Most of the worst people living here have moved out/been evicted. Some people still play music too loud and seem to be doing some illicit drugs but none are as troublesome as they had been. The neighborhood isn't the best, but there is a good view. An apartment here is cheap and does what it has to do.

Ridiculous. Neighbors will not get evicted after screaming/cursing loudly constantly, even as it is 12:00 AM while I write this. Why am I up on any given night at this hour? Ask the neighbors and their drugged up guests. Do not buy or rent from Rookstool Moden Realty, and definitely dont live at the Granvue Apartments. I thought we could settle these drug-addicted jerks by evicting the worst of them, but hes still here after many months. Also, trash purposely thrown in the washers has not been fixed for a lesser amount of months-still too long! Im moving out tomorrow, although I technically have to pay rent for a craphole that Im not even residing in.
