I missed a call from this business and when I returned the call the extremely unpleasant lady who picked up said she didnt call me (see attached picture of my incoming calls).
I told her I literally just missed a call from her and her response what "I was just on the phone, I didn't call anyone. This is a business"
1. I dont appreciate being called a liar. My phone shows you called and 2. Nice tone and customer service. Just apologize for the confusion or mistake, don't me a liar. Someone clearly woke up in a bad mood today
