I'll start with guest service; not the best, but definitely not the worst. They didnt exactly make my wife and I feel welcomed, but I guess it didnt bother me that much cause I've just about given up on guest service expectations. When we got to the price, they charged me over $400 to file for taxes for my wife and I. We had been going to liberty tax for 3 years, in which they charged us just about half that amount. After this year, they definitely wont be seeing us again. They were trying to be slick, and inflate the price since technically it's coming out of the tax return, and not my pocket. I dont appreciate this, and do not recommend this place at all.

Owner was extremely rude and I wasnt even a customer. I was outside the store and she yelled at me anyway... dont go

Do not do it. Trust me dont do it. The owner is horrible and rude. Do not do your taxes there. You have been warned. She has 3 locations she is in charge of. So make sure you do your homework. Turbo tax is easy and only 40.00. Same amount of refund without the 450.00 charge. I didnt do my taxes there just beacuse something was off. If you get an estimate and leave the owner gets pissed. So be careful.
