Once was too many. In over 30 years of buying glasses I have never worked with worse. Poor fitting of glasses. Complete unwillingness to assist or advise. No sizing other than a pupillary distance. Unwilling or incapable of discussing or measuring fit. I have seen mall opticians with more knowledge and better service, and alley cats have more charm. Due to her worthless service and atgitude, I won't be a customer there again. One star each for the female Optometrist I saw on my first visit, (not for the guy I saw this week) and one for the option of the eye scan to avoid dilating the eyes, IF the machine is working that day. Do not waste your time or money here. This is not indicative of the level of service found at other IEC locations.
