I worked with Jacob Lambro and honestly he made the process extremely seamless and easy. He really goes the extra mile to educate you and will answer every question thoroughly. He takes the time to make sure you have a complete understanding of the scenario or problem at hand prior to moving on. Always presents information in a very concise manner. Will always walk you through as many scenarios as you'd like, best case, worst case, etc. Also, he will pick up the phone at anytime to answer a question or walk you through something.
What I appreciate about Jake is his ability to really break down complex subject matter into digestible bites that anyone can understand. Jake will take the time to not just simply inform but to actually teach you. If you ask him to do something, he will do it and also go beyond that to explain exactly how he arrived at that outcome and detail every step along the process. He truly leaves no stone unturned.
