The staff and facility were amazing when it came to taking care of my mother. They were all so loving and helpful when it came to taking care of her.

Google needed to update its rating algorithm. All ratings in the last two years are ONE STAR yet the rating shown is 3 1/2 stars, due to inclusion of 3 to 8 year old rating dating back several owners.
This facility should be shut down as a fire hazard. When we arrived to visit a patient, we found the front door open and no one at the desk. We had to knock on office doors to find someone to direct us to the patient's room. An administrator offered to take us to the room. It was a good thing. At the nurses' station, there were over a dozen patients in wheelchairs and bed crowded into the hallway completely blocking the hall. tThe administrator guiding us had to push chairs and bed enough to open a narrow passage between the obstacles. The nurses/orderlies having a conversation at the window of the station were oblivious to the mass blockage in front of them. Then, upon leaving, the reception desk was still empty but when we tried to leave, the door was locked. we again tried the various offices in the corridor but could not find anyone. - IN CASE OF A FIRE THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN NO WAY OUT!!! - We finally found a security guard AND HE COULD NOT GET THE DOOR OPEN! After about 10 minutes an outside vendor came up and opened the door with a code he had been given.
All I could think of on the way home was that if there had to be an emergency evacuation, dozens of patients would have been trapped, either in the jammed hallways or in the locked exit door. This place is a total failure in safety protocols.

Very disappointed in this place nurses are non attentive physical therapy did absolutely nothing for me got home and felt like I was in worst shape then I arrived in.the only positives were the aids and the food.if you have a choice don't send a loved one here.
