The guys were great 5 stars to them. All the guys there 100% are amazing.
Only leaving a 1 star because of management, you need to change up your sales tactic.
Forcing your guys to up sale make me feel pressured and uncomfortable to the point where Id rather go somewhere else. I will give this place another shot when it comes time, but if I get same vibe (them being forced to upsell), I'll take my service else where. Management I hope you see this message because only you can change this tactic.
And I need to add. All the guys there working deserve 5 stars. It's only the management that gets the 1 star.
